چکیده
Abstract Modeling forms the basis for optimal control of complex technical processes in context industry 4.0 development and, hence, high product quality as well efficient production. For mechanical joining process self-pierce riveting with 11 input and 5 output variables, two modeling approaches based on (1) experimental data (2) FEM computer simulation are outlined performed. A physical approach is ruled out due to problem dimensionality nonlinear dynamic relationships between variables. Alternatively, data-based lead Artificial Intelligence (AI) model designs. The cost- resource-consuming; therefore, only a relatively small set can be collected. Here, we present results from trials that serve representatives generalized by description high-dimensional parametric membership functions (fuzzification). fuzzification procedure also applied results. In principle, it provide an arbitrarily large database. However, consequently, time- computational effort increase considerably. Both sets form parallel building using AI method local fuzzy pattern models, which used describe highly input-output error-minimizing partitioning. Finally, comparison outlined. coupled strategy future adaptation proposed.

Computer simulations as experiments
Whereas computer simulations involve no direct physical interaction between the machine they are run on and the physical systems they are used to investigate, they are often used as experiments and yield data about these systems. It is commonly argued that they do so because they are implemented on physical machines. We claim that physicality is not necessary for their representational and pred...
متن کاملFuzzy Decision Tree for User Modeling From Human-Computer Interactions
Providing helpful analysis of cognitive process is one of the main concerns for user modeling and adaptive hypermedia conception. In this paper, a work is presented that looks very closely to the Human Computer Interactions and exploits these interactions to help novice computer users. We think that all the cognitive actions involved in a task resolution reflect the level of expertise that the ...
متن کاملPattern-oriented modeling of commons dilemma experiments Running title: Pattern-oriented modeling of human experiments
A major challenge in the development of computational models of collective behavior is the empirical validation. Experimental data from a spatially explicit dynamic commons dilemma experiment is used to empirically ground an agent-based model. Four distinct patterns are identified in the data. Two naïve models, random walk and greedy agents, do not produce data that match the patterns. A more c...
متن کاملIntegration of Simulations and Experiments for Modeling Superalloy Grain Growth
Grain size is an important parameter controlling the mechanical behavior and useful life of turbine disks. During heat treatment above the gamma prime (γ′) solvus the grain size increases dramatically as the γ′ particles dissolve. The grain size then stagnates as the volume fraction of the γ′ phase approaches zero. In general, the grain size at stagnation cannot be described by classic Zener pi...
متن کاملMiller experiments in atomistic computer simulations.
The celebrated Miller experiments reported on the spontaneous formation of amino acids from a mixture of simple molecules reacting under an electric discharge, giving birth to the research field of prebiotic chemistry. However, the chemical reactions involved in those experiments have never been studied at the atomic level. Here we report on, to our knowledge, the first ab initio computer simul...
